Atclyff Advisory Group, and its subsidiaries and affiliates —also referred to in this Privacy Policy as "AAG," "we," or "Atclyff"— publish, modify, and maintain this Atclyff Web Site —"Atclyff Web". Atclyff Privacy Policy dictates and limits your use of the Atclyff Web for which it is made available. Atclyff uses all reasonable efforts to store and maintain Personal Information to prevent misuse, destruction, loss or modification by unauthorized parties. Additional technologies that may be utilized include firewall and secure encryption. Inherently, no data transmission through browsers, internet, electronic communication, and servers can be assumed completely secure; therefore, use your discretion as to which information you feel necessary and safe to share even though all commercially available and reasonable security technologies may be used by Atclyff Web. Atclyff does not guarantee the security of any and all information you exchange with us over the internet. Upon receipt of information from you, Atclyff resorts to all reasonable practice to safeguard your Personal Information.

Username, Password, and Login

From time to time, you may need to select and transmit username, password and other login information to access secure sections of Atclyff Web. Do not share this type of login information with others, and remember to sign out when you complete your session from the secure pages. Technical staff will have access to your registration information and will follow appropriate security guidelines to process any of your Personal Information. Atclyff assumes no liability for release of your information due to technical errors or unauthorized acts of third parties.

Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

Atclyff Web assumes a general audience and does not intend to collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. To comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, children under the age of 18 should not share any Personal Information on Atclyff Web. Parents and/or guardians are urged to supervise their children browsing the internet.

Unsolicited Requests and Phishing Correspondence

Atclyff will never solicit your password and login information via electronic mail to use Atclyff Web. If you receive any request or correspondence asking for sensitive information via electronic mail, do not respond, and notify us immediately.

Outbound Links and Third-party Sites

During your visit on our site, you may be directed to third-party sites via outbound links. Atclyff is not responsible for the information, content, privacy and security policies, security technologies of such sites. This Privacy Policy does not govern their practices.

Changes

Atclyff may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The terms and conditions of the new Privacy Policy will be effective upon publishing and sharing on the Atclyff Web.
