The ACT is a standardized test administered to high school students aiming for college and university acceptance. Most competitive admissions committees expect sectional and composite scores in the 30 to 35 range (max 36). A competitive performance on the exam when students apply for matriculation significantly enhances their chances of admission and merit-based scholarship consideration. Under its enhanced format, the core exam focuses on English, mathematics, and reading, while the science and writing components are entirely optional modules that do not alter the primary composite score. While the scope of the material maintains significant overlap with the SAT, the ACT provides a linear, non-adaptive testing environment with increased time allotted per question.

The Atclyff team designs a custom tailored program to address each student's specific needs. The content of the course can vary depending on the academic background of the student. During the ACT Mathematics preparation, all question types are introduced in the order of numbers, algebra, geometry, statistics and probability, and most efficient strategies are established to optimize time and performance. Atclyff teachers follow the official ACT publications and expose each student to all types of grammar and writing mechanics that will be on the ACT. Throughout the Reading review, fundamental comprehension and mapping strategies are introduced and the best stylistic approach is adopted, as no one method of reading is universally applicable to every student.
